Meet Kitty Hills - Senior Property Manager

Meet Kitty Hills; one of our Senior Property Managers

Kitty started her property management journey in January 2014 following the completion of her degree in music.

After joining Frosts property management team in November 2018, Kitty has achieved a level 3 ARLA certification and has since achieved a promotion to Senior Property Manager.  

Kitty is proud to be a member of the team at Frosts and enjoys providing a high level of customer service to all landlords and tenants.

Kitty independently purchased her first house in the south Luton area last year and has thoroughly enjoyed spending time designing each room, hanging wallpaper and learning a wide range of DIY skills from her step-dad.  In her spare time, Kitty loves spending time with her cat, having meals out with family and socialising at live music venues around the local area.

Our Property Management department is at the hub of our highly successful and award winning Lettings department.

The role of our Property Managers includes property maintenance, collecting rent, visiting properties and liaising between all parties regarding renewals.  Throughout we ensure that expert advice supported by regular, clear communication is at the heart of all that we do.
