While some houses may be more appealing during certain times of year (a house with a great view of the countryside may photograph better in the summer, for example), we can sell your property at any time. First impressions matter when it comes to selling a property, which is why home staging is so important. There are lots of little things you can do that will make a big difference to potential buyers.

To make your rooms feel bigger, tidy away and put into storage as much as you can. If it's winter time, change your light bulbs so they're as bright as possible to make the rooms feel more welcoming. Update your covers and throws, perhaps in light, neutral colours, to try and appeal to more viewers.
