Edit: unfortunately I've recently had a terrible experience with property manager Luisa, where the flat was inhabitable due to plumbing issues, and had to endure her dismissive attitude. I've never experienced this level of carelessness and was shocked at how she managed the incident, given how previous experiences were with Ben, the reason I'm keeping 3 stars. Things seem to be going downhill at this agency recently, the tone of their emails has changed, their excuse being they're bringing their work in line with 'the AIG group, who owns Frosts'. Brilliant service by Oliver who went out of his way to answer all my questions about a flat I was looking to rent. His professional and caring attitude certainly made me feel much more at ease with the stress of finding a new place.

Excellent service, communication spot on, professional and courteous at all times, thank you Frost's for ensuring a smooth and successful sale.
