From the start of our buying process Louise was particularly friendly and helpful, then Trudie did a very good job trying to move things along in her role as progression agent. Both were very professional and I could not fault them for their efforts, level of communication and commitment. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 though for the overall experience because from the start I believed that the first property I tried to buy had been overvalued.
